Prepare
Before the Family Meeting, Cy pulls together the loose ends from the week, what's on the calendar, and what still needs a decision.
Remember
What you decided, when you decided it, and who's handling it. Ask Cy and he'll tell you, so nobody has to keep it in their head.
Follow through
Cy brings up what's still open before it becomes a problem. When nothing needs you, he says so and gets out of the way.
